It was all work and nothing else for the past week.. damn hectic. Did my longest OT starting from Thurday morning till Fri mid afternoon.. I barely survived the bus journey back home, dozing off even while standing. Thou busy, I kinda manage to squeeze some fun into my time off work.
Bear Bear I bought at a budget store just below my office block. Cut a top for it from a free airflight socks. thought he look kinda gay-ish. Opps.

Tues>> lunch speed down to Kimage to get my hair trimed, both front and back. I doubt anyone will notice unless I told you about it. anycase I think I look neater.
Wednesday>> Janet's 23rd Bd celebration at Newyork Newyork for dinner. Then off to the dreadful office to work again..
Thurday>> just work and more work. packed goodies, ration, toiletries, clothings..etc.. all ready to work over the night.
Friday>> complete work. mentally gone by then.. dear send me 1st hand photos he captured at Changi work site for what we thought to be tornado.. which turn out to be actually what the 'experts' we assuring we ppl that its just a harmless water sprout... I was too shagged then to responses much to it. home and slept like a pig.
Sat>> Skipped Kickboxing. Still pig-ing. Zzzzz.. Met up with dear. Watched Pirates of the Caribbean @ woodlands. Love it!!! Dinner at Geylang. Then swift off to for the archi exhibition at Vivo before I call it a day. Was very tempted to join dear to St james for his friends BD party but I was still very drained from the OTs... need my sleep.. Apparently they opened 2 bottles of 3litre hard liquor and down it all by 2am!! Amazingly expensive.. Then again its a 30ppl party, so I suppose this much is required to feed the liquor addicts. Heee..
Sun>> Fun filled day @ Navy open house
Much time was spend trying to find a spot to park near Expo (all carparks full!!). It wasnt an easy task too. All roads around are lined with cars.. faintz.. A long Q awaits us at Expo too. took us an hour beofre boarding the coach to the Navy base. Upon reaching, more waiting at stations to each vessel. But all's worthwhile. Got a ride in a 'I-have no-idea what-its-called' , then up another vessels, and finally a trill ride on a speed boat travelling at a top speed of 90k/hr. COOL!
It was a sunny day, great for photo taking. thou it got a little greyish near the end of afternoon, we were rewarded with a beautiful rainbow! yeah! [ ps: notice I have been flooding of own blog with too much photos, heee.. trying to be selective now. ]

Sat> Dear's having company trip to Bali over the weekend... while I'm back in office to work.. din really have much sleep this week, have being taking working home to do and the pass few days have being out. tired ah tired. got to rest soon.. tom mother's day.. goin to bukit timah to climb mountain again.
Recap: thu met up with jie n chyi @ vivo for dinner and shopping. There's so many pretty things that we saw but all are way beyond our budget. need to earn more!!

Saw this very feminine tube dress at Zara. Love it!! but it cost 119.. duh... I need sponsorship..
Saw this Kawaii mega huge Pooh at action city. Jie was instantly in love with it, took pic with it and send it to her fiance to see. Guess wat>> He accompanyed Jie back to Vivo the next day (yest) to get it for her. SOOOO SWEET!! and its not cheap O! I want to be pampered too!!!!
Then just yesterday (Fri), met up with poly pals. Dine at marina Sq changing appetide, desert was at Haagen daz explanade, then most importantly phototaking session. It was kinda short gathering, most have work the next day. Hope to be able to do something fun the next time we meet. Sentosa maybe? hee.
Yawn... sleepy.. off.. tom's gonna be a busy day. I still go office work to complete at home..

So Im back working at AWP.. only a week had past and Im already looking forward to my last day. I finally remembered why I insist on not returning there before>> minimum interaction between colleagues>> boring>> unorganised office system>> everything is in a mess>> work pace is slow>> entire office culture is pretty bad>> no drive to work>> feel very 'nua'>> doing shitty work again.. and don see eye to eye with this sorta new architect Im working with currently.. haiz.. 'ren'.. cant choose who I want to work with.. I'll just have to bare with it, take it as a training to deal with people like this.
Enough bout this boring topic.. something much more exciting to blog about> my Sibu island kelong fishing trip during the recent weekend 5th may till 6th may!! Its a 2D1N trip with dear and his colleague. Ita bout 2 hours car journey to the jetty, whereby we park our car there [security to look after the car, so no worries], then 25mins on the boat to the Kelong. Think its bout 70bucks per person( its a sponsored trip for me. heee ), all meals+supper are provided by the kelong.
Besides fishing, there's a pool table, kara-ok and majong to keep you busy. Thou on a personal note, come on la! isnt this suppose to be a out of city escapade trip, to unwind?! K-ing and the majong produce sound... and fishes don exactly like noise.. other than hearing those irritating noise pollution occasionally when i walk pass, It's fantastic! Love the sun, the sea, the sky, the sea breeze and the wood> laid back and Soooo comfortable, kinda like a cheaper version of club med. thou I would be able to enjoy the silence of the kelong if not for the Purdential Ppl that were there for company trip.. they are SOO noisy.. how well.. my pics will do the talking from here. :) no words can discribe how I've enjoyed myself.

A great alternative for a laid back holiday> cheap and relaxing, fishing day and night. never mind if you cant catch any big ones, marine fishes can be seen every where for ur viewing pleasure.

Night fishing>> being a sotong myself for so many year, I never know sotongs are transparent until now. See those big greenish eyes.. Eeeks.. their body seems to have electric current flowing within, flashing strips appears randomly along their body..
Our sleeping place. Bed are allocated by the kelong incharge, so no worries of 1st come 1st serve. We are provide with blankets too. A open concept mass sleeping area. kinda awardard initially but I couldnt care less after a long day of fishing.

As you can see, I have not exactly been 'blogging'. I should say its more of a picture gallery. Heee. the new digi cam of mine is abit addictive. Furthermore, Im too lazy.. so hope the pictures explains enough. Just a quikie>> I had my longest record fishing at bedok jetty last night. reach home round 6am after having breakfast at mac.. bathed and head straight to bed. Woke up at 2pm, lunched, uploaded pics(see previous blog), then it about time for me to head out again. heee. Meeting Layhar at Orchard for some shopping.
Got myself a pair of new shoes for my first day of work tom. ok. time to sleep. got to wake up REaL early tom. Have not enjoyed enough yet. kinda regretting starting work so early. haa.. anyway, must start earning, Im sooo broke!
