Wow time do fly fast.. just 2 more days to my misery!!!! School starting..
Tonight poly gathering (so hope its gonna be my BD celebration too..) is a failure.. All my effort flushed into the toilet bowl.. No dinner appointment.. no one to watch fireworks together.. Now.. I pray the clubbing wont be canceled due to poor responce too.. so far only me and 2 more pals.. and I wonder should I continue with it.. haiz.. what a bother.. Sat is similarly lonely.. maybe I get some surprise on Sun? (cross my fingers..).. Mon going for school site visit.. Damn.. and I was thinking of wearing something nice for my dinner with Jie and Chyi... No idea why I'm so affected by all this.. its just another day right.. All I want is their time ma.. is that too much to ask?..
Hai.. any way this is a little recap of my week..(note this might be the last few blogs I'll be posting, haaa. sch work can be demanding you know)
Thursday 10th Aug: Afternoon was off to school for a briefing.. and then to SimLim with LayHar to get her Hardisk.. I got myself a ear piece, ink cartriage and bulk cds.. man.. getting poorer.. Any way the fun part of the day is coming.. Haaa. We headed to K box Cineleisure (Its was round 7.30pm when we reached.) It was ladies night, therefore no cover charged needed, only required to order a drink each and a compulsory tibits(refillable, so its ok) We sang and sang.. AND sang like this is the last K-ing opportunity we have. HaaaaHaa. We left @ 2am.. very tired by then but it was So fun!! Thanks for the time spent together gal!! :)
We shared a cab home. The ride home was as usual.. the WOW part is.. the cad driver was so totally reponsible. He made sure we gals reached the lifts safely before he drove off. He even got off his car just to ensure my safety from his car to the lift (Because he was unable to see the lift from inside of his car!!) How cool was that!!! There's still good taxi drivers in singapore that think not only of earning money after all. 3 cheers for our Model taxi driver!!
Wednesday 9th Aug: Dear had his wisdom tooth pulled just earlier on in the morning. I went over to his house to accompany him. He got his much needed rest while I watched cartoon networks. We left home round 6pm to Kallang for NDP air show and fireworks. We drove over to the HDBs near the stadium and station ourselves along the kallang river. The crowd was massive!! It was equally chaotic on the road, we were lucky to took a detour and cut the traffic, and even more lucky when we got ourselves a proper parking lot, better still on the 1st level of the multi carpark.(cars are parked partically everywhere..) We listened to the radio as we waited to stay in tuned with the happenings in the stadium. Although both of us had seen the preview, still its refreshing to watch it from a different perspective. We were exactly behind the stadium and it was full glory of the fireworks show infront of us with no obstractions. Fantastic. Happy National Day cum 4th Anniversary to us!! Tuesday 8th Aug: was down to Fullerton to watch the firework fest by Singapore theme with my sis and ma. It was AWSOME!!!
